Average Retention Period

What is it: The average number of months a subscriber continues their subscription.

Why it matters: This metric tells you how long users typically stay subscribed to your plugin. Longer retention means better product fit, higher revenue per user, and stronger customer satisfaction.

How is it calculated: We add up the number of months each subscription stayed active and divide that by the total number of unique subscriptions.
